Hi Keith,

My reading of 4.3 in the constitution is that someone removed from core 
contributor status is no longer a member, "A Member's membership shall 
be terminated ... or upon his or her earlier resignation, removal, or 
death." By voting to move the individuals from core contributor to 
contributor status didn't we effectively "remove" them?
