Much of this seems like things to discuss in the Website community (which
really covers the entire opensolaris.org infrastructure, including the
mailing lists I believe), and then appeal to the OGB if you don't agree
with the decisions of the Website community.
The OGB isn't really intended to micromanage the operations of the website
or other things that already have communities handling them.
