Hi Alan,
Sorry, I was rather vague there.

The Open Source Review passed just fine (3 clause BSD).
David's Contributor Agreement was signed and submitted
many months ago.

I've been strongly advised by some people within Sun that
I should not request a PSARC review, let alone NV CTeam
consideration - all because LSI is supposed to be delivering
some code real soon now. When I picked up David's RFE, I
was assured that LSI's code would be coming within 2 months,
so I held off. When I asked for a status update, I was told
it would be another month or two, but that it was definitely
coming. To top it off, just yesterday I heard from a colleague
that apparently mega_sas has been promised to us - under CDDL
- for more than 12 months.

Should I ignore the political stuff and proceed to PSARC
+ CTeam? I'm quite sick and tired of this mess.
