I wasn't referring to any case specific, so I guess it should be easy 
then. I was guessing there was something done for the work that has been 
underway for some time.

I am not sure where Sun actually stands with LSI. Most of the partners 
that Sun works with have been very positive towards open source, and LSI 
could be one of the, I don't know.

As an example, there are other vendors working to open source drivers.

Sure, I was using ARC as a generic term for "process", but there's a lot 
of layers to sort out to get the sources outside. It's not clear how much 
of it will be moved and/or created outside as it is known today.

We still have some time to ponder...LOL!
