WTH? One doesn't expect just one (OK, maybe not 20) email reminders (justifiably - and I am sure that does not occur (except via bots - but then Alan Burlison stops those in their tracks ;-) )) every day, then you are de facto not a Core Contributor (or you at least have to say to the OGB by email "Sorry I'm too busy to vote" and waive your vote - just out of courtesy and consideration to the folks that a) we are potentially electing; and b) to the entire OpenOracle society at large (oops - typo).). I was once a CC (the second Chair of LOSUG); and I welcomed absolutely every single email sent to me (in the "Good Old Days (jimgris will attest)) - and personally responded to each. Many attendees from my time have remained - and many are now friends. And I sincerely hope to be the first person to regain CC; as I have always cared and been closely associated with OpenSolaris on a Phippsy level (presented to Sun folks and at public seminars), and on a technical level (my proper spot).
