I've updated the ogb pages, moving the new constitution into place and saving the old one. I've tidied up some of the heading boilerplate and some markup, but would appreciate it if someone else could check I've done the edit and cut-n-paste job correctly.
Also, the referred to policies ought to be checked over as well. I've also added the new OGB as leaders of the OGB Community Group on the website.
