The process for approving new groups on the site has changed with the
approval of the new constitution. There is no longer any formal
association between Advocacy and the OSUGs (in other words, Advocacy no
longer "sponsors" OSUGs so there is no voting on list here). I updated
the Advocacy pages to point to the new process.
