Does this even matter, now that Oracle has abused and fucked
Opensolaris to death? A lot of people want to fork and keep the
project out of Oracle's dirty hands after Oracle did much damage to
the community, projects and the Solaris product itself.
I think we're better WITHOUT Oracle, or say without Oracle's current
policy of muzzling employees which work on OPEN projects, without
killing projects run by the community and without treating the
opensource developers like slaves.

If you ask for my opinion: The Sun and Oracle's dictatorship never
worked and was just a waste of money and nerves.
Opensolaris should ho the phoenix way: Die and be reborn as a free
project where Oracle is a just community member among EQUALS, a real
opensource MERITOCRACY.
