At this morning's OGB meeting, the motion below was made by Plocher,
seconded by Phipps and unanimously (but sadly) adopted.

The community resoundly thanks the OGB for the work it has done, and the
care that it has always taken in crafting *reasonable* and *democratic*
decision-making processes. It will be sadly missed.
