The requirements I've seen for the past two days are rather byzantine.
It seems to me that to display the d20 logo, a website would have to
offer "excerpts" or "samples" that are available as open gaming material
to display the d20 logo. This seems to defeat the purpose of the D20 STL
as it's been presented for the past several months.

Of course, I may be misunderstanding the intent.
