b)They shouldn't. D20 CoC is aimed at bringing D&D fans into Cthulhu...it
won't have anything to offer (I suspect) to BRPers, except maybe a way to
get their D&D only friends to try fleeing from TMWNMTK. I doubt there will
be any original background material in the book, except maybe "Cthulhu in
Greyhawk" guidelines or the like. (I'm serious -- the Cthulhu mythos is
easily plugged into other settings. Since it is by nature secret and behind
the scenes, almost any game universe can have crazed cultists trying to
summon back elder gods...)
