Please see my further elaboration on what I meant;my phrasing was poor. To
reiterate -- WOTC can, and presumably WILL, enforce the terms of the
license (otherwise, you punish those who took pains to abide by it). That
is, if Sleazebucket Games slams the D20 logo on a product which doesn't
meet the terms of the license, WOTC will set its 20th level Lawyers on
them. What you won't do (or have no plans to do, near as I can tell) is
demand Sleazebucket Games submit works to you prior to publication;it's
their job to make sure they abide by the license, and their problem if it
turns out they're not further down the road.
