None of the D&D books were published under the OGL. So technically
nothing in the PH, DMG or MM are OGL. However, much of the content is
going to be republished in the SRD (System Reference Document). It is the
material in the SRD which will be Open for others to use. I believe the
current version of the SRD (http://www.opengamingfoundation.org/srd.html)
only includes material from the PH, but it is expected to include
information from both the DMG and MM before completion.
