Ummm... it also seems that the SRD is also missing any magic rings of
any sort (unless I missed them somehow)
>>

Not only that, but the Animated Object, Golem, Dragons, Elementals, and
Sprite.

All creatures that I'm looking at to use in the bestiary for my
setting. I know the SRD has not yet been finalized and approved, but I
want to look at the creatures in my considered list and see what I would
change or adjust once everything becomes finalized. I'd use the MM to
do this, but I really don't want to be flipping through the book.
Typing the basic information to do these comparisons, also takes quite a
bit of time, and time that I don't have.

PI issue:
There are a number of creatures that I'll probably be using from the
Creature Collection. Any I'd consider using directly, from the book,
have new names, but there were a couple that although I won't use the
creature, the creature's name inspired me. Two of them that I recall,
the Night Terror, and Mistwalker. Both these will not have any
connection (in my proposed bestiary, they are Outsiders) with the CC
versions. For anyone familiar with Ravenloft and specifically the
Nightmare Lands, these two creatures would be closer in concept to the
Night Terror from the Nightmare Lands boxed set, and the Mist Ferrymen
(I believe that's the one) of the mists of Ravenloft themselves, though
not the same. It will all depend on how they integrate in the
Elements-vs-Gods conflict that surrounds the world (and the main theme),
whether I will actually use them.

I know this would come up as a possible conflict of PI, so I wanted to
make a note.

My proposed bestiary for the setting can be found by going to my website
( http://www.korath.com ), clicking on "Rya'mier" on the top, and then
clicking on the Bestiary link. The list separates creatures off into
sections for each Creature type, which will be how my Bestiary will be
organized. It should be noted that the Doom Guard listed under
Constructs should be removed. I have not had an opportunity to update
the site. The Doom Guard last I checked is being considered as a
military organization in the setting, so appropriately is a Prestige
Class. The Doom Guard originally was inspired by the Doom Guard from
Ravenloft. I decided that they'd be too similar to the RL DG, and
stepping on WotC's IP, so I kept the name, but they are something
different now.

Now that I've gone off-track, I'll probably find more creatures that
have not made their way into the SRD yet.
