Not always. Whatever the contract provides. Everyone
who submitted something submitted a contract with it.
I dont have a copy of the contract you guys used since
I was a producer. My contract is different so I dont
know what everyone else's says. Listen, I dont think
they retained the rights to submissions. I'm sure the
authors whose stuff didnt get used get the rights
back. But the contract might say otherwise. I dont
know. Check before you presume. Thats all I'm saying.
I think in the old days TSR used to get the rights to
all submissions for a period of time so you couldnt
submit to other places. I dont think the WW contract
has that.
