and I think the elf and half-elf immunity would be racial as well as their
+2 versus enchantment.
My only other thing is that I don't think there is a half elf "culture"
because from what i've read they usually grow up with humans or elves same
with half orcs.
Also human as whole doesn't have a distinct culture. if you look at the new
FR stuf eventually coming out I believe they give modifiers for where you
live, so i'd probably lump all the human stuff as one thing. other than that
looks good.
