I am actually a fan of "Referee" because the rest of it just sounds so, uh
geeky.  I like referee because, to me, it implies that there's action.  I
know it's not that logical, but I like to delude myself into thinking that
my games are really exciting.  It's part of my whole psyching-myself-up
ritual because I believe that excitement is contagious and I think that's
what a lot of games lack.  Sometimes it isn't the material, it's the
execution... Sorry about my rambling, I'll stop now...
