Someone asked me off-list what printer in Michigan I referred to, if I
didn't mind sharing. I don't mind. :)

Our rep for the past decade or so is Norma Keller, (734) 429-8704. For an
example of their work, check "In the Belly of the Beast."
(We're trying a different printer for "The Tide of Years," because it has a
second interior color ink; M&G really specializes in the basic book format
with color cover, black ink only interior, and saddle stitching or perfect
binding. We used different--and costlier--printers for the earlier two
Penumbra books for reasons of schedule, and the map in "Thieves.")
A number of other game publishers deal with them on a regular basis, such as
Palladium. I know not everyone has had as overall of good experiences with
them as we have (I recall Hogshead having a series of frustrations with
printing errors relating to tipped-in color maps that had been printed
elsewhere for inclusion in WFRP books). I'm certain other publishers could
name a number of different printers around the country (and, e.g., Quebecor,
in Canada) that they have found excellent for price and service.
