How much safe harbor can an open source license like the OGL really
provide?

--------------------------------------------

This move by SCO is viewed by very many people in the computer industry
as a ploy to get IBM to buy them. SCO, AKA Caldera is aching to be
bought. This is a business ploy.

What can any license or grant do for you to protect you from such a
business tactic? Nothing at all if someone is willing to pay a lawyer to
do something like this.

Best regards,

Lynn
