What ever happened to footnotes?
What does the footnote say?

Bang, you've used my trademark product title in an OGL work. The OGL says you cannot do that. Following the license restricts abilities that normal copyright allow. As consideration for these restrictions you get the SRD and everything else that's OGC as your playground. While lacking the ability to reference stuff is annoying, it is a small price to pay.
