You have copyrights to the creation as a whole whether it is a whole
book or a monster entry or even sentences, but you cannot copyright the
following:

Ideas
Facts 
Titles
Names 
Short phrases
Blank forms

So it would depend largely on what you declared PI to have copyright law
kick in and be used to determine if the work is an infringement.

Yes, I suppose that would be true for licensees. However, if someone
isn't a 
licensee, then you have recourse under copyright law, no? And by
designating 
product as PI, you're also saying that you're applying your copyright 
protections to those particular words, concepts and goodies, right?
