A quick look at Take (http://www.accn.org/~mlshoe/OG/take.htm) and
Unpronounceable Squiggle (http://www.accn.org/~mlshoe/OG/squiggle.htm), both
released under 1.0, shows the 1.0 version of the license. I copied that
version into Word and ran a compare-merge, and found only one difference:
they removed the phrase " No permission is granted to reprint or
redistribute this text in any media without the prior written consent of the
Copyright Holder." That phrase had been in there during the pre-release
phase because they didn't want to formally release the license until it was
what they wanted. Then when they did formally release the license, they
forgot to remove that line.

And you're right, they forgot to update Section 15 appropriately.
