I'd say that the best method at the moment is to use Core Rulebook
(I/II/III)...  With the change in the PI Designation in the SRD and the
d20STL, avoiding using anything that can get "pulled in" later.

Also, try to use chapter numbers instead of page numbers, since page numbers
can change in future print runs but chapters will likely stay the same. :c)
