Out of curiosity, how do you read that out of the definition? "Use" as far as I know means, among other things, "to employ", "make use of" and also "consume". Since the most common way to employ a book or other litterary work is to read it, and _the_ most common way to make use of a game is to play it - just what in 1.g rules out those ways of making use of Open Game Content as "Uses"? Also note the circular definition of "Use" as "use, Distribute, copy ...". Is this just an typo? Like the capital "D" in "Distribute"? I'm concerned about this since 1.g is used as the acceptance of the license as such - and if "Use" is to be understood as any possible use of OGC then the OGL becomes a shrinkwrap license, which has a few concequences in the juristiction I live in (that is Sweden). _______________________________________________ Ogf-l mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.opengamingfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/ogf-l
