So what? We do this all the time with fully copyrighted stuff. The licence doesn't touch on this. Otherwise, all *kinds* of people are in deep trouble for using software they've purchased in their jobs. And I'm in all kinds of trouble using textbooks as references for classes I teach. The licence only covers redistribution.
