You could re-license your Product Identity with the Creative Commons
license.  If everything in your product was your original (not-derivative)
creation, you could re-license any portion of it with the Creative Commons
licenses.

If you derived rules from OGC, you can't re-license your derivative work
with anything.  If you want to incorporate materials from a 3rd party, and
that material is not Open Game Content, you would have to abide by whatever
permissions are granted to you by the original copyright holder.  Any
license which requires its terms to adhere to the material being licensed
(like the OGL, or the GPL, for example) could not be used with the OGL,
because the OGL requires you to exclusively use its terms for OGC.

So the short answer is "not likely".
