This is by far the best response to this thread yet. Honestly, you
people can't expect WotC to carry you and your products. If we, as the
D20 community of publishers, come up with something viable that works
then we can all use it and adopt it as our own. It's really not up to
Ryan or WotC and it doesn't and shouldn't concern them (unless of course
we are doing something illegal). They give us the rules for D&D and we
take them and mold them into what we think is the perfect RPG. That is
an unbelievable contribution and a hell of a lot more then I think any
of us ever expected. So if we can all come up with a solution separately
from WotC, be it a logo, or a pie chart, or just a common descriptive
format that describes the content then that's great. Let's get together
and figure this out instead of complaining about how the SRD doesn't
work. So who has the first suggestion?
