Actually, Ryan seemed to indicate that it would a few weeks ago, but I'm not
certain. It makes a lot of sense to include it, since all D20 products need
the PHB anyway. It is definitely related to D20, and the logo makes it
obviously related. Given that it's their trademark regardless of whether or
not they license it to anyone else it would be risk-free to include.
