[Open_Gaming] Computer RPG using d20 license?

I am interested in making a computer game based on the d20 rules. I'd
like to use the d20 trademark but I'm unsure as to whether the license
allows this. (I'm thinking of the restriction on "how to create
characters, and how to apply the effects of experience to those
characters," though there may be others that apply.) I know that
technically when you play a game you aren't reading rules, but I'd like
comments on this.
