OK.  But, so far I have been looking at site with 3E D&D stuff and so far I have seen 
people copying feats from each other, posting them on their sites, and there is no 
credited given to the person who created of it.  For example, Iron Skin I have seen 
just about every where with no authors name attached to it.  And in some place I have 
seen it listed as anonymous.  So in this situation is it "Open" or "Closed" or up for 
grabs or what.  I am just trying to get everything straight before I start working on 
my Prestigue class book for D20.
