When the Open Gaming Foundation site came online and the lists started, I vaguely recall that the D20SRD and OGL were expected to be finalized by the time the PHB was released. Has the schedule been pushed back, and is there any idea yet about a date when they will become official? I don't want to get involved in NDAs, so I am waiting for a public release of the documents to start making plans for possible products.
