No.  It doesn't.  When you publish something electronically you emphatically 
DO NOT give up the copyright.  If you use the online policy you can change 
the status of your work to "closed" at any time.  That IS NOT the case with 
the OGL.  Once you open it, it is OPOEN FOREVER.

The OGL is antithetical to freedom and control.  Once you use it, you have 
LOST control.

You can do this with the online policy just by stating at the beginning of 
your work that your work is free to use in playing a game, but not to copy 
or modify.

But if you are writing ORIGNAL stuff that will not be based on other folks' 
contributions, that you will give away free ANYWAY, why are you considering 
EITHER policy?

You can write whatever you want at the beginning of your work and "open" or 
"close" any portion of it, just by saying this "is" or "is not" in the 
public domain.

Actually Dundralis is a bad example as my original comment referred to 
WotC/D&D Fan-based material ... Dundralis is a different concept.
