You don't have the rights to add 2e material to an OGL work, but that
doesn't mean you can't do your conversion guide.  The stat blocks are
probably fair game, though you would want to avoid proper names and the
original text of the spell description.  You can't make references to
Trademarks in your OGL work, so you won't be able to say "refer to p190 of
the Tome of Magic for a description of this spell".
