Well, here's the only wrinkle I can think of a the moment. The draft D20
System Trademark License requires the trademark to be used in conjunction
with Open Game Content, and if you're using Open Game Content, you need to
include a copy of the Open Game License as well. So your blister pack could
be pretty well packed with licensing terms that don't have a lot to do with
the miniature...
