Hello everyone, I am new to the list. This first
question may be for d20 but I cannot seem to get on
that list!
I want to publish some 8 page PDF mini adventures
(possibly for sale, but who knows!). I have nearly
completed one which I believe abides by the d20SRD and
the OGL. I am confused by the product identity (PI)
stuff.
In particular, I have a REALLY condensed single page
at the end with 3 pregen characters. One is a
sorcerer with corresponding stat block AND their spell
list. Is this spell list PI? I dont describe the
spell or reference the PHB -it only says the name of
the various spells.
Also, I have used a monster off the WOTC website. I
have not used the art, just the stat block and
skills/feats/qualities. Is this OK to publish under
the d20STL and OGL -I am making going to make the
whole thing OGL (except for the d20 part of course).
This is what I want to print at the back page of the
adventure: (off the WOTC website -I really apologise
if I am not allowed to post this but I cannot find
out!)

I cannot afford a lawyer so that is why I am asking.
