While I agree with the sentiment, I'm not certain the foundation exists
sufficiently at this point to transfer ownership to it.  The foundation
right now (at least in legal terms) is really Ryan Dancey.  Once the
foundation has been incorporated, then ownership could be transfered to
it, but right now it simply isn't possible since the foundation is not
currently an entity recognized by law.  So the question is whether the
people who are against WotC holding the copyright would be any happier if
Ryan personally held it.  Perhaps, but somehow I doubt it.
