Hi, I'm not Ryan...

but to use the D20STL, *ALL* you have to do is not describe "character creation
or advancement" and be, at least in part, derivitive of the D20SRD.  (Yes, there
are more things than than--and *NO*, I am not a lawyer, just a rabid fan who's
tired of saying he's not a lawyer.)

IMO, to be "d20" all that you *have* to have is the core mechanic--d20 +
modifier to beat a DC.  The secondary mechanic (for things the character can't
control) should be percentile, with the unfavorable result always the low roll.
(Oh, and high scores should always be good.)

Of course, you *could* slap the d20STL on a cookbook that included the DCs of
all the recipies to make them in game, but the benefit there could be minimal.
