Okay, so if I've got this right now:

1. You cannot indicate compatibility or co-adaptability with any trademark
claimed (registered or unregistered) by any prior contributor to the OGL.
2. You cannot indicate compatibility or co-adaptability with *any* registered
trademark.
3. You can indicate compatibility or co-adaptability with an unregistered
trademark, so long as the owner of that trademark is not a prior contributor to
the OGL.
4. You can use any trademark (registered or unregistered) so long as it has not
been identified as Product Identity by a prior contributor and so long as you do
not indicate compatibility or co-adaptability.

And, of course, all of those "can"'s are still bound by normal legal procedure
regarding trademarks and fair use.
