I don't have the SRD handy, but in the PHB Base Saving Throws are listed on
Chart 3-1 on pg. 22. Note that there are two numbers. The higher number is the
"good saving throw". This is *not* a flat +2 bonus; for example, at level 2 (2
HD) it is a +3 difference. It is +4 at level 10. It grows to +6 at level 20.
