No. PLEASE get a lawyer to review the OGL, the STL, and the SRD. I fear
you're missing some vital points:

1. ONLY the material in the SRD will be Open Gaming Content from Wizards of
the Coast (WHEN such material is released, which it has NOT been as of this
writing [29 March 2001]). THE BOOKS DO NOT MATTER AT ALL! IF IT'S NOT IN THE
SRD, WIZARDS HAS NOT RELEASED IT AS OPEN GAMING CONTENT, AND YOU CANNOT USE
IT UNDER THE OGL AND STL!

2. You are in violation of the Open Gaming License if you use trademarks
(other than your own, of course) without a separate license from the holders
of those trademarks. "Requires the use of the DND Psi handbook and DND fist
and sword book published by WotC" is a use of trademarks held by Wizards. If
you include this phrase, you violate the OGL, and you lose ALL RIGHTS to use
the SRD in any violating work.

No. See above. You cannot reference these books.

> Or even say requires Sword and Sorcery Monster book and do the same.

Possibly no. Depends on whether S&S has provided a license for the material.
So far, they are being rather generous in doing so.
