Not to beat a dead horse or anything, but there's two more points I need to
add.

1. The people being told to get a lawyer are the people who post questions
looking for legal advice. With a very few exceptions, most of us here are
not qualified to offer such advice. Our opinions are worth no more than
those of the questioners themselves. A lawyer's opinion, on the other hand,
has some merit.

2. If I tell you, "Go ahead and do X," and you get sued, I have no
obligation to you whatsoever. You're on your own. But if an attorney that
you are paying tells you, "Go ahead and do X," and you get sued, he or she
has an obligation to defend you in the suit, and in extreme cases may be
liable for a malpractice suit to cover your damages.
