Ryan mentioned something about a "safe harbor." Ryan,
can you explain what that means and how it'll work?
There are hundreds of fan sites related to WOTC's
campaign settings, and I'm curious what they'll have
to do to be in compliance with whatever takes the
place of the current Internet policy. Currently,
under the OGL, a product can't use someone else's
trademark without permission, and this includes WOTC
trademarks. Is an exception going to be made for
non-profit fan sites?
