Uh, no.  What you posted are all DECLARATIVE sentences.  YOU qualified NONE 
of it.  Context is unimportant in determining the truth of a declarative 
sentence, unless the TERMINOLOGY is unclear, which is not the case here, 
unless you want to advance some inane argument about what YOUR definition of 
the word "mention" is.

The fact remain (the one you are WRONG about) is that there are SEVERAL ways 
of "mentioning" WotC's core books without using their trademarks (which 
therefore do not violate either the OGL or the D20 STL).  I think it is 
important that EVERYONE be aware of this.

You are wrong.  Get over it.  You might have INTENDED to say something else, 
but this is what you said.  If you can't express yourself clearly you should 
probably not post at all.

You chould CERTAINLY do us all a favor and work harder to avoid posting 
mis-information.
