Thank you for your efforts in all these matters. It takes time for people to
appreciate how hard you have worked at this; but your efforts are
appreciated, even by those who don't necessarily agree with you on every
issue. Your efforts to answer every question as far as the safe harbor
possibly allows are particularly admirable.

And in particular, thanks for this insight into the process. It clears up a
lot! No one who reads it should wonder why all this is taking so long,
especially when coupled with your frequent reminders that OGC is bottom of
