You can sale & ship in same box, you can't market product B using the "pull" of D20
Product A. Ergo
you can't indirectly promote product B by D20 logo status of product A. You marketing
activities
should be separate for product A & product B. If customer wish to purchase them both
form your
site - sure, ship them together. But of course most likely your sales of product B
will be 1/100 of
product A sales, so putting them in same box won't be a ... smart idea ;)
As for palm games - I'm sure there are some, just as there were even more popular
games for XT -
whooping 320x200 4 color CGA ;) Thing is, all this palm games and software is just a
gnat on
windshield of various Baldur Gates and NWN in sense of sales. Its so insignificant,
that of course
they don't deserve to be treated like "interactive game".
