This is a good point. Many websites (many, many)
use a company's trademark as a button or link to bring them to the
company's website. I won't say that this is illegal or legal but it is a very
common practice. IANAL, but I would guess that if any company tried to sue for
this that they would not succeed. Even if they did succeed, they would be making
a precedent that would affect many, many websites. Talk about bad
PR.
