Since you posted twice, I'll respond twice.

Some of us clearly have different opinions and goals than you.
I don't know why you insist on making this personal but I'm
tired of shrugging it off.

Ten months ago, there was a discussion about what would happen
if someone took a piece of closed content and used it in an
open context. In hindsight, let's say someone put "Frost Ape"
or "Charlie" in an open context.

Clark, you are the one designating PI on questionable stuff.
You HAVE acted as the arbiter of what is open and closed in
your works. I will feel free to act as the arbiter of what
is open and closed in my works.

You are the one threatening lawsuits to protect whatever the
hell you decide to deem closed. Go ahead and stake out as much
public domain stuff as you want. There's lots of money to be
had before people start to realize Open Gaming reeks worse than
what TSR was doing.

You want to drag out some old messages?

Clark, you are the one who had WotC trademarks on your website
prompting a note from WotC to the list.

Clark, you are the one who thinks spamming the list is funny
before you realized it made the list unusable for a week.

Any thing else you want to discuss?
