Yes. I don't have the cite handy, but the end result was that they
settled, and Apple Computer is not allowed to go into the music business
and Apple Music is not allowed to go into the computer business.
(ObRhetorical: Hmm, I wonder if the agreement has been revisited, with
Apple's release of iTunes?)
