OGC only works because you have copyright... but that's a different
argument.

If you want to be able to sell closed-work items later, you can either not
OGC them now (and thus disqualify for Free20), or you can, at a later date,
simply write a new version of the world and *not* go full-OGC.

The OGL doesn't take away your right to make a derivitive work--thus, you
can make a derivitive work of something original you made, even if you made
it OGC, and then release it any way you want.  (If you derived from someone
else, though, you can't remove it.)
