Bear in mind that MS already gives access and
permission to use their code to a good number of people, and only
stops at Free Code where they lose control.. Much like the OGL
gives very specific freedoms with material but maintains control of key aspects.
Neither is truly 'Open', and both are a far cry better than than anything
else in the market.. <grin>
